Traditional & Implant-Support Dentures
When all of your teeth are missing, a full denture is a good treatment for replacing them. With proper home care, regular adjustments and relines your denture can provide a functional bite and natural-looking smile.
Full dentures replace all missing teeth on the upper or lower arch, and partial dentures replace multiple missing teeth on one arch. Our doctors often design esthetic, custom-fitted dentures to help patients reclaim their quality of life through total oral function and beauty.

Full dentures are secured with adhesive or natural suction, while partials rely on clasps connected to adjacent teeth for stability. In some cases, particularly with lower dentures, slippage or looseness becomes a problem our doctors may recommend mini-dental implants or traditional dental implants to hold a denture securely in place.
When all the teeth in an arch are missing, an excellent treatment for replacing them is a denture secured with implants. Depending on your situation, the denture may snap onto the implants in your jaw, or may clip to a bar that is attached to the implants.
